ABOUT ME
SCOTT MARLOWE

I fell in love with bodybuilding in my early teens because it gave me confidence and made me unique. In the late 70s, fitness and nutrition was in its infancy and I wanted to learn more. I looked up to Arnold Schwarzenegger, he was the epitome of masculinity in my eyes and he understood body mechanics and nutrition. I learned from his passion, determination and how he drove himself to sculpt his body with training and food.

At 17, I joined the United States Marine Corps where being physical was a requirement. I was immediately immersed in the daily rigors of combat training and learned about the mental strength and regimentation that was required to be a marine. I completed boot camp with honors, at the top of my class.
​
In my mid 20's, I became a featured performer at Chippendales and a fitness model. I was held to extremely high standards and felt the pressure to train hard and eat clean to perfect my body. My body became my business, even then.
​
My years of dedicated training led me on the path to becoming a certified personal fitness trainer and wellness coach. To challenge myself further, I began competing in national body building competitions. I learned so much more about nutrition because I realized how the correct food choices can bring about a physical change, even more than training.
​
My 20 plus years of knowledge helps me to effectively train and advise many different types of clients to enhance their lives with progressive resistance training and nutritional advice. Helping my clients achieve a superior level of overall health and fitness is one of the greatest joys of my life.
